Karate-do
 
Angelo Foresio has been involved in the practice and teaching of Karate-do since 1975 and he interprets an ancient art in a way that is relevant to everyday life. He has a strong focus on the ancient origins of the art and the strong influence nature and animals have had on the development of the Asian Martial Arts. If you attend one of his classes you will be surprised to find that his style of teaching Karate-do suits most people. There is a strong emphasis on balancing the mind, body and spirit and classes have a good mix of meditation, yoga exercises, cardiovascular exercise, practical self-defence techniques and the study of Kata (Forms). The study of Kata is the most important aspect of his teaching and the practice of Kata aims to combine the development of the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga

As a holistic Personal Trainer, Gaynor realised that Hatha Yoga was the missing key to achieving great health and happiness for the individual.  Stress was a major factor in most of her client's inability to lose weight and the gift of Yoga provided the tool to relieve the body of tightness and thereby release stress.
