Cancellations or Rescheduled Appointments
Rivers understands that plans may change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule please respect other clients and staff by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
Spa Dual Treatments
Our dual treatment bookings are subject to availability. A minimum time of 1hr per person treatment is required in order to make your appointment. Please note that dual treatments in the spa incur a security deposit of $100.
In House Dining
Rivers chefs prepare delicious food every day for in house dining. You can food and beverages from our menu which will be delivered either to you in the hair studio or to enjoy at the completion of your treatment in the spa.
Gift Vouchers
Our stunning range of individually designed vouchers are your perfect gift solution.
You can choose a from a pre-set value, an individual treatment or package from our menu to suit the person who you are buying for. Gift vouchers are available to purchase in store or online.
