APPOINTMENTS, BOOKING DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

What does your appointment time mean with us? Your appointment time is the time in which our therapists will begin with you and may include some or all of the following... preparing you for your treatment, consultation, chosen service, grounding time before you re-enter the world and prescription advice. If it is your first time with us, or more than 6 months since your last visit please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment time.
When making a booking for a spa wellness package, massage/healing treatment, skin wellness facial or group booking, we require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Note that deposits may also be required if appointments are over $100 in value or multiple services are booked in the one appointment time.
This deposit is processed at the time of booking and then deducted from your payment on the day of your treatment/service.
An sms will be sent to your phone 48 hrs prior to your appointment as a reminder. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum 48 hours notice.If you are running late a courtesy call is appreciated and we will make every effort to accommodate you. It is however likely your treatment time will be affected.If you cancel or reschedule your booking within 48 hours from your appointment time, your deposit will be retained. However, if made outside this time, we will happily either reschedule to another date where your deposit will carry over or refund should you choose not to reschedule.
